The mayor of Sanlucar de Barrameda, on behalf of the Municipal Corporation, wants to recognize individuals and entities in the exercise of their functions and work in promoting the best values of society and serve as an example of perseverance and effort. To make public this distinction, the date indicated is the Oct. 18, Day of the City, a day in which they celebrate the feast of the patron of Sanlucar, St. Luke the Evangelist, which held a ceremony at the Hall Ambassadors from the Ducal Palace with a broad representation of all social sanluqueño.


In this way it is intended that, on an annual basis, recognizing solidarity, tenacity, competitiveness and the pursuit of equal or collective institutions and individuals in their personal capacity that release those values in the development of their work.

Fernando Cruz Isidoro
