Courgettes 

The variety of courgettes that we produce mainly is a white type, though they are also sowed with the green type, but in a minor quantity. There is a great production during the whole year round and practically every month is available.

The varieties that dominate at present are: Top-Kapi and Jedida.

The harvesting is manual and practically handcrafted.

Confections
It is served in wooden boxes of 9 kgs, though other formats are possible.
